Picotte is the result of the meeting of two gourmets, who love to travel the roads of France, in search of new culinary curiosities.
Throughout our excursions and readings, we became aware of the richness of France's gastronomic heritage . But also of all the anecdotes, stories, and legends that accompany each of the regional recipes.
For us, France is like a large mosaic, with its regions, each with its own identity, its own history, its own specificities.
